What do you spend your days doing?

- Get things ship-shape for events (chairs, A/V equipment)
- Host (set up food, make people feel comfortable)
- Tend a bar (SmartServe required)
- Run A/V equipment for events
- Help tackle herculean tasks (large mail-outs, postering runs, food preparation, book assembly)
- Write and communicate (blogging, writing for newspapers)
- Edit

- Photo-document
- Audio-document

- Meditate (data entry, uploading files online)
- Organize (systematizing library, archiving radio episodes)
- Research (project-based)
- Design (posters, postcards, newspapers, other ephemeral goodies)
- Make books (Saturdays, service jobs, and book launch copies)
- Sell books (Saturdays and occasional evening events)
- Copy-edit books (check over manuscripts for typos, grammar errors, etc.)
- Research for the radio (artists, music, readings)
- Listen and process (write episode summaries for our weekly radio show about art and ideas)
Skills and Qualifications
- Driver's License (G2 or G)
- Smart Serve
- Knowledge of audio editing software
- Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop)
- Knowledge of filing software (Excel, FileMaker Pro)
