Call for Participation: Infracampus Zine Workshop at the University of Guelph

In Fall 2011, SYN visted the University of Guelph to investigate how space is being used on campus. They created a document through observations, photographs, conversations, and personal interviews with students and staff which identified areas in terms of how they were used. Categories ranged from being underused (the outdoor areas beside South Residence) to those associated with Narratives and Rituals (Bob’s Dogs). INFRACAMPUS Research Document.pdf

In Spring 2012, SYN worked with a group of students at the University as part of a Studio course to test out some of the findings of the Infracampus Research.
